摘要
对氧自由基的产生、性质及检测方法进行综述 ,并介绍了氧自由基清除剂的种类、作用机理及应用 有关研究表明 。
Oxygen free radicals are involved in aging and many diseases of human body. This article introduced the generation,character and detecting methods of oxygen free radicals.The category,scavenging mechanism and application of oxygen free radicals scavengers were also presented.
