摘要
采用 Gleeble- 1 50 0试验机 ,在室温和恒应变速率下 ,测定了 Al- Sn- Si系合金压缩变形的流变应力曲线 .结果表明 ,在 Sn、Si含量分别为 0~ 2 0和 0~ 8wt.%的范围内 ,当 Sn含量恒定时 ,流变应力随 Si含量的增加而增加 ,而当 Si含量恒定时 ,流变应力则随 Sn含量的增加而略有降低 ;从 Al- Sn- Si,Al- Si及 Al- Sn合金流变应力曲线的差异 ,分析了 Sn和 Si对合金塑性变形过程的影响机制 .
The true stress-strain curves of plastic deformation for new series of Al-Sn-Si alloys have been tested by compression test at room temperature and constant strain rate with Gleeble 1500 test machine. The results show that the level of flow stress increases with increasing Si content, and slightly decreases with increasing Sn content in the ranges of 0~20% Sn and 0~8% Si. Based on the differences of true stress-strain curves for Al-Sn-Si alloys and Al-Sn or Al-Si alloys, the influence mechanism of Si and Sn on deformation process was analyzed.
