摘要
首先对机械系统动力学研究的必要性做了说明 ,同时对虚拟样机的建立步骤进行了说明 ,确定了火炮拓扑结构和自由度 ,分析了火炮后坐部分的主要受力。在Pro/E软件实体建模的基础上 ,结合Fortran语言编程在ADAMS平台上建立了火炮虚拟样机。仿真与理论设计结果对比证明了火炮虚拟样机建立的可信性。在此基础上将虚拟样机仿真建模方法与传统建模方法进行了对比 ,对比结果说明了虚拟样机仿真的优越性 ,同时也证明了将ADAMS引入武器装备领域仿真研究的可行性。最后对虚拟样机的应用前景进行了展望。
The significance of dynamic simulation is emphasized first and the steps of building virtual prototyping model are outlined. According to the topology artillery, the freedom degrees of artillery and the forces applied on recoil mechanisms are analyzed. Based Pro/E and Fortran language, the virtual prototyping model of artillery is established using ADAMS. The creditability is validated through comparing the results from simulation with that from theoretical design. Meanwhile, the feasibility introducing ADAMS into armament fields is proved here. Finally, it prospects for the application of virtual prototyping technology.
