摘要
为正确描述液压式上击器解卡过程 ,分析各种因素对上击器解卡效果的影响 ,在合理假设的基础上 ,建立液压式上击器解卡动力学模型 ,将上击器解卡过程分为储能阶段、释放阶段和碰撞阶段 3部分 .应用弹性波理论与动力学分析相结合的研究方法 ,对直井的修井作业过程进行了分析与计算 .结果表明 ,震击过程中钻柱上不同位置质点的运动规律不同 ,对震击解卡所起的作用也不同 ,钻柱上离卡点越近的质点所引起的震击力越大 ;上提拉力、上击器安放位置、钻杆尺寸以及落鱼深度等都影响到震击力大小的确定 .
In order to investigate the process of jarring and to analyze the factors related to the impact effect, an analytical model, based on proper assumptions, was developed. The jarring process is divided into three periods: energy storing, energy releasing and impact period. An example of jarring in a vertical well is analyzed with the application of dynamics and plane wave propagation theories. In jarring operation, different particles of the drill string move differently, and have different contribution to the impact effect. The particle that is closer to the stick point can produce bigger impact force. Pull force, jar placement, collar dimensions and depth of fish are related to the impact force. And some phenomenon in jarring operation was explained in this method.
