摘要
21世纪 ,图书馆进入一个全新的数字化、网络化的新时代 ,同时也给高校图书馆提高层次和档次带来契机 。
In the 21th century,the library has now entered a new network ware stage.At the meantime,it gives the library many chances to improve the grade of service.This paper put forward tactics of narrowing the distances between our country's college libraries.
