摘要
采用酯交换直接酯化缩聚工艺合成了可用于聚酯经纱上浆的水溶性聚酯浆料 ,并探讨了缩聚单体对产物性能的影响。研究表明 ,该浆料主要单体组成与最佳用量为 :水溶性单体质量分数为 1 5 %~ 1 8% ,酸组分采用对苯二甲酸和间苯二甲酸 ( IPA ) ,其中 IPA质量分数不超过 3% ;醇组分采用二乙二醇和聚乙二醇( PEG6 0 0 ) ,其中 PEG6 0 0质量分数为 5 %~ 1 5 %。
A water soluble polyester sizing agent for polyester warp yarn was synthesized by the processes of ester exchange reaction, estrification and polycondensation, and the influences of polycondensation monomers on product properties were studied. The results showed that optimum amount of the components of such sizing agent are as follows: water soluble monomer 15%18%, isophthalic acid less than 3%, diethylene glycol, polyethylene glycol(PEG600) 5%15%, and terephthalic acid.
