摘要
分别接种烟草花叶病毒强毒株(TMV-W)、诱变获得的两个弱毒株(TMV-017、TMV-152)于普通烟(品种为K326),间接ELISA法测定了强、弱毒株在接种叶上的增殖速率,同时考察了叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素、可溶性蛋白含量的变化。实验发现强毒株在接种后第2d就可检测到,而弱毒株在第3d被检测到。弱毒株在烟草植株体内的稳定浓度低于强毒株。分别受强、弱毒株侵染的烟草叶片中的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素含量都有所下降,但强毒株引起的下降幅度最大。受强、弱毒株分别侵染的烟叶中可溶性蛋白含量均发生变化,初期都有所升高,之后,弱毒株随着侵染时间的延长而有所下降,而强毒株下降后又有所回升。
Tobacco plants (K326)were infected by virulent and two mild strains of tobacco mosaic virus respec-tively.The rates of multiplication of the three strains in inoculated leaves were detected by indirect ELISA.The contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll and soluble protein among the three strains were also examined.The virulent strain could be detected2days after inoculation while the two mild strains3days.The steady concentrations of the two mild strains were less than that of the virulent strain.The contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll of virus-infected leaf all decreased for the three treatments,but those of the virulent strain declined the most.The contents of soluble protein all changed after the tobacco plants were infected.The contents in creased during the early infection period,then those of tobacco infected with the mild strains decreased while that of tobacco infected with virulent strain increased a little after decrease.
