摘要
研究了壳聚糖在中性条件下用H2 O2 进行氧化降解的情况 ,讨论了反应温度和H2 O2 浓度对氧化降解反应的影响。结果表明 ,用H2 O2 使壳聚糖在中性条件下氧化降解是制备低分子量壳聚糖的一种简便易行的方法 ,以分子量为4 5万左右的壳聚糖预处理的棉织物 。
It is studied the oxidation degradation of chitosan with H 2O 2 under neutral condition. The effects of temperature and the concentration of H 2O 2 on the reaction are discussed. The results manifest that it is simple and convenient to prepare lower molecular chitosan in this way. The cotton fabrics pre treated with chitosan whose molecular weight is about 45000 show an remarkable deepening effect when they are dyed with reactive dyes.
