结果表明 :云南烤烟脂溶性香气量明显低于美国北卡州烟叶 ,但多酚类物质较接近 ;影响云南烤烟脂溶性香气物质含量的主要气候要素是烤烟大田期的总降水量和大田期的旬均光照强度 ,前者为负效应 ,后者为正效应 ,并以降水量的影响最为强烈 ; To study the aromatics contents, the change of aromatics substance contents in diffeernt planting areas and years, and its ecological physiological reasons, the geographical seeding method was applied to 7 selected tobacco planting areas of Yunnan during three successive years . The comparative research of the regional field experiments was carried out to study the relationship between the contents of petroleum ether extracts and polyphenol aromatics by using the same Yunnan flue cured tobacco variety. The results show that compared with the flue cured tobacco planted in North Carolina, USA, the contents of fat soluble aromatics in Yunnan tobacco leaves is obviously lower than that in North Carolina's.However, there is no obvious difference between them on the contents of polyphenol compounds. The major climatic factors influencing the contents of fat soluble aromatics in Yunnan flue cured tobacco are the total precipitation and the average illumination intensity per ten days during the tobacco field period. The former has a significant negative effect and the later has a positive effect. The average illumination intensity per ten days is the major climatic factor influencing the accumulation of polyphenol compounds in Yunnan flue cured tobacco.
