摘要
通过对蛋鸡饲料中添加不同水平的牛磺酸 ,用β -微量法测定鸡ND -HI效价证实饲料中添加一定浓度的牛碘酸能增加机体的免疫力 ,提高ND -HI效价 ,对提高蛋鸡的免疫力 。
w layers were selected as animal model to determine the effect of taurine on the layer's ND-HI,ND-HI was determined in β-trace way,the results showed that dietary taurine supplemention couldsignificantly increase the layer's immunity and improve the ND-HI of layers.
