摘要 目的 探讨MRDWI在近期脑梗死诊断中的价值。方法 收集 61例接受MRDWI检查的脑梗死患者的资料 ,其发病时间 4h~ 14天 ,83个独立病灶。比较DWI结合ADC图、T2 WI上责任病灶的信号特点及其检出情况。结果  7天内脑梗死灶DWISIR高于T2 WI(P <0 .0 5 ) ;8~ 14天没有显著差异。脑梗死灶rADC在 7天之内为 5 2 .78%~ 78.2 1% ;8~ 14天可能高于正常。结论 DWI结合ADC图在近期脑梗死诊断中应用价值极大。 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of DWI in recent cerebral infarctions.Methods Eighty three infarctions with duration of 4 hours to 14 days were studied in sixty one patients. The total detection rate of clinical related infarctions on DWI combined with ADC map was compared with T 2WI. Results The SIR of DWI was significantly higher than T 2WI within 7 days ( P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between them after 8 days. The relative ADC (rADC) was from 52.78% to 78.21% within 7 days. It may be higher than normal value during 8 to 14 days. Conclusion The diagnostic value of DWI combined ADC map is significantly higher than conventional T 2WI.
