Evaluation of normal tear drainage capacity of Chinese

摘要 目的 :测定国人泪液排泄容量正常值。方法 :实验对象 10 6例 2 12眼 ,男 46例 92眼 ,女 60例 12 0眼 ,年龄 18~ 88岁。用droptest方法 ,双眼随机先后进行实验。受试者取仰卧位 ,头部与水平面呈 2 5°角 ,略向对侧眼倾斜。实验时 ,反复向受试眼滴入 10 μl微温生理盐水 ,使泪湖处于满载状态。 3分钟后吸净泪湖内残存生理盐水。计算泪液排泄容量。结果 :国人泪液排泄容量正常值 >2 3 μl/3min。各年龄组间泪液排泄容量存在显著差异 ,随年龄增长 ,泪液排泄容量减少。男女性别间、左右眼别间泪液排泄容量无差异。瞬目频率与泪液排泄容量的相关性随年龄跨度减小而逐渐显现。结论 :泪液排泄容量是评估泪道排泄功能的定量指标 。 To investigate the normal tear drainage capacity of Chinese. Methods:There were 106 subjects (212 eyes) ranged from 18 to 88 years old in present study.The ratio of female to male was 60 to 46.Drop test was employed.Both eyes of each subject were investigated and which eye would be the first was randomly chosen.The test person lay in a supine position with the head at an angle of approximately 25 degrees over the horizontal plane and slightly turned to the opposite side.During the test,dropsy 10μl light warm saline solution were repeatedly instilled into the eye for three minutes,which kept the lacrimal lake overloaded.The saline solution was then removed and the tear drainage capacity was calculated. Results:The normal tear drainage capacity of Chinese was more than 23μl/3min.There was a significant decreasing of tear drainage capacity with aging.There was no significant difference among gender.Difference between eyes was of no significance.The correlation between the blink rate and the tear drainage capacity appeared gradually with the decreasing of age difference. Conclusions:Tear drainage capacity is a quantitative parameter for lacrimal drainage function,which can be used to diagnose epiphora without apparent lesion.
