摘要
目的 探讨泪囊鼻腔吻合术后泪液排泄机制 ,为进一步提高手术效果提供参考。方法 试验组和对照组各 3 0例3 0眼 ,先行鼻腔检查 ,然后以droptest方法分别测定三种体位泪液排泄容量 :仰卧夹鼻 ;与水平面呈 2 5°角夹鼻 ;与水平面呈 2 5°角不夹鼻。结果 试验组泪泵功能减弱 ,瞬目和重力在两组泪液排泄中均起作用 ,而呼吸对其无影响。泪道疾病的发生与鼻腔疾病的程度和部位有关。结论 泪囊鼻腔吻合术中减少影响泪泵功能的操作以及手术前后及时处理鼻腔疾病可提高手术效果。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of lacrimal drainage after dacryocystorhinostomy(DCR) and to give some advice to improve the cure rate of DCR.Methods 30 subjects of observing group and 30 subjects of control group were examined in the department of otolaryngology at first.Then tear drainage capacity was evaluated three times of each subjects by emplogying'drop test'. Results Pump function of observing group was reduced significantly.Blink as well as gravity played an important role in lacrimal excretion both in observing group and in control group,while respiration had no effect.Presence of lacrimal passage diseases seemed related to severity of nasal disorders.Conclusion Protecting lacrimal pump function during operation and treating nasal diseases before and after operation will both give rise to the cure rate of DCR.
