摘要
目的 :研究肝康颗粒中甘草酸的定量分析方法。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱 :Shim PackCLC ODS(2 5 0×4 .6mm) ;流动相 :甲醇 -醋酸 -水 (6 5∶5∶30 ) ;检测波长 :2 5 0nm ;柱温 :2 8°C。结果 :甘草酸含量测定的线性范围为 9.78~5 8.6 8μg(r =0 .9999,n =6 ) ,平均加样回收率为 98.4 0 % ,RSD为 0 .88%。 结论 :本法简便、灵敏、准确 。
Objective: To determine glycyrrhizic acid content in Gankang Granules by HPLC.Methods: HPLC analysis was carried out with C 18 column and methanol acetic acid water (65∶5∶30) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 250nm.Results: The linear range was 9.78~58.68 μg( r=0.9999 n=6) . The average recovery was 98.40%, RSD was 0.88%. Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable and sensitive. It can be used in quality control of Gankang Granules.
