摘要
高压注水可以加剧套管损坏已越来越成为共识 ,并已初步确定了原始地层压力是预防套损的合理注水压力。首先从大庆喇、萨、杏油田的压力变化与套损关系入手 ,注意到了压力变化对套损趋势的影响 ,进而对喇、萨、杏油田 6个主要开发区的压力变化与套损趋势的关系进行了分析 ,认为只有当注入压力高于原始地层压力并出现明显的梯度变化时 ,才会造成套损井数的激增。这主要是由于较高的注入压力变化加剧了井间或层间压力场的变化 ,从而使地层出现颤动的因素得以加强 ,在构造相对薄弱的地带就会出现局部蠕动 。
It is known that higher pressure water injection can make casing damage violence, and it is confirmed that initial formation pressure is reasonable water injection pressure that prevents from casing damage. The research begins with the relation between casing damage and pressure change in Daqing Lamadian Saertu Singshugang Oil Field in the first place, noting that pressure change would influence upon the trend of casing damage.Then the relation between casing damage and pressure change in 6 development area of Lamadian Saertu Singshugang Oil Field is analysed.It is considered that the number of casing damage well wouldn't proliferate only until the injection pressure is highter than the initial formation pressure and obvious pressure gradient change. This mostly because the highter injection pressure change would lead violently the change of pressure field between wells or formations, the factors that cause formation tremor accordingly are enhanced, local creepage would occur at the region of structural relatively weakness, the casings would be deformed or twisted off.
