摘要
进行了利用纳米氧化铝 (α -Al2 O3 和γ -Al2 O3 )改善环氧树脂耐磨性能的研究。利用超声分散法将纳米氧化铝粉末加入环氧树脂之中 ,利用磨损失重法评价了环氧树脂复合材料的耐磨性能 ,通过扫描电镜观察了纳米粉末在环氧树脂中的分散情况 ,尝试解释了纳米氧化铝提高环氧树脂耐磨性能的机理 ,并确定了较优的纳米氧化铝添加量。试验表明 ,填充纳米氧化铝粉末可以提高环氧树脂的耐磨性能。较优的配方为EP (E - 5 1) 1份 ,PA6 5 10 7份 ,KH - 5 5 0 0 0 4份 ,30~ 6 0nmγ -Al2 O3 0 1份。
The research of improving wear resistance of epoxy resin by filling nanometric alumina(α-Al\-2O\-3 and γ-Al\-2O\-3)was introduced.Epoxy resin was filled with nanometric alumina powder,30-60 nm γ-Al\-2O\-3,by ultrasonic method to improve wear resistance which measured by weight-loss compared with 200 nm α Al\-2O\-3.The disperse condition of nanometric alumina in epoxy resin was observed by SEM.The proper ratio of nanometric alumina was given and the mechanism of the composites' wear resistance was explained.The experiment showed that it was useful to improve wear resistance of epoxy resin by filling nanometric alumina,the influence of alumina's granularity on it was more notable than that of its hardness.The excellent composite was as follows,EP(E-51)1phr,Polyamide 651 0 7phr,KH-550 0 04phr,30~60 nm γ-Al\-2O\-3 0 1phr.
