摘要
目的 研究山茱萸的保健营养成份、免疫功能、抗疲劳以及毒理学安全性。方法 采用经典食品化学分析方法和国际毒理学方法进行研究。结果 山茱萸营养丰富 ,具有提高细胞免疫功能和抗疲劳功能等保健功能 ,是一种无毒级物质 ,对动物体无遗传毒性及蓄积毒性。
Objective To studies the content of nutrition and health care of cornus of ficinalis sieb.et Zucc.and its immunological function,antifatigue funciton and toxicological safety.Method Traditioal chemical method analyzing food and toxicolgical experimental method of national standard.Result the result show that cormus of ficinalis sieb.st zucc is rich in contents of nutrition,that it can increase immunological funciton and antifatigue function.It is a non-toxic material and has non-genotoxicity and non-story up toxic action in animal body.Conclusion There is a bright future in exploiting functional health food of cornus of ficinalis sieb.et Zucc.
