摘要
目的 :观察 pH对聚维酮碘溶液有效碘含量的影响。方法 :检测不同中间体和成品的 pH值及有效碘含量 ,并对调节 pH前、后的有效碘含量数据进行比较。结果 :聚维酮碘溶液在碱性环境中不稳定 ,有效碘含量随 pH升高而逐渐降低。结论 :生产过程中 ,聚维酮碘溶液应按标示量的120 %投料 ,使中间体有效碘的含量不低于110 % ,pH控制在5 0~6 0。
OBJECTIVE:To observe the influence of pH on the content of available iodine in providone solution METHODS:The pH and available iodine in intermediates and final product of providone were detected and the contents of available iodine before and after adjusting pH were compared RESULTS:Providone solution was unstable in alkaline condition and the content of available iodine gradually decreased with the rise in pH CONCLUSION:In productive process,120% of the labeling quantity of iodine lime should be fed to make sure that the intermediates contain not less than 110% of the labeling amount of iodine,and the pH of intermediates should be controlled in the range of 5 0~6 0
