摘要 针对电流型逆变器供电的永磁交流伺服电动机的结构,运用级数展开的方法,对永磁交流伺服电动机定子绕组和转子磁体产生的磁场进行谐波分析;然后根据定、转子磁势相互作用产生转矩的基本原理,导出电磁转矩的表达式;指出合理地利用定、转子磁势谐波产生的转矩,能减少伺服电动机的力短波动,提高其性能和运行精度。 In accordance with structure of PM AC servo motor powered by current inverter,with expanding series,it analyses magnetic field harmonic wave produced by stator winding and rotor magnetizor of PM AC servo motor.And then,according to basic principle of that function each other between stator magnetic potential and rotor magnetic potential could produce torque,it derives formula of electro-magnetic torque. It poduced by harmonic wave of stator,rotor magretic potential can reduce torque waviness of servo motor,raise its performance and operation precision.
