摘要
选取长白、约克、荣昌猪和约长猪等 4个代表性品种和组合的猪只 6 7头 ,收集其屠宰后的肉质性状和胴体性状测定结果。分析肉质性状间、胴体性状间及肉质性状和胴体性状间的相关性 ,结果表明肉质性状间普遍存在一定程度的表型相关 ,尤其以失水率和贮藏损失间的相关系数最高 (r=0 6 4 4 2 ;Pr =0 0 0 0 1)。胴体性状间也存在较高的表型相关 ,以眼肌面积和瘦肉率间的相关系数最高 (r =0 8810 ;Pr =0 0 0 0 1)。而且 。
Sixty seven finishing pigs, including Landrace (L), Yorkshire (Y), Rongchang pig (RC), Yorkshire and Landrace crossbred pigs (YL) were slaughtered in this experiment. The meat quality and carcass quality traits were studied. The results show that there were correlation among meat quality traits, and significant correlation among carcass traits. A negative phenotypic correlation was also found between meat quality traits and carcass quality traits.
