摘要 目的 探讨在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中不同低气腹压的合理应用。方法  136例接受腹腔镜胆囊切除手术治疗的病人 ,前瞻性随机性分为两组。甲组 :1 4 0kPa(15mmHg) ,84例 ;乙组 :0 93kPa(7 0 0mmHg) ,5 2例 ;两组间进行研究。 结果 由同一组外科医生按同一操作常规施行手术 ,纳入观察的有关指标均未见到差异有显著意义。结论 选择低压气腹及适当辅助措施 ,对非高危病人也是可取的 ,对高危病人是必要的。 Objective To discuss the reasonable application of different low pressure of abdominal cavity in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 136 patients with cholecystitis treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy were divided into two groups.Group A:the pressure of pneumoperitoneum was 1.40kPa(10.20mmHg) in 84 cases;group B:0.93kPa(7.00mmHg) in 52 cases,and the related indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The same prccedure was carried out by the same group of surgeon.No significant differences in indicators were observed between two groups.Conclusion The proper low pressure of pneumoeritoneum in laparoscopic cholecystectomy reasonable and necessary for the high-risk patients and the non-high-risk patients.
