为适应整体护理需要 ,加强护理队伍建设 ,开展学分制管理 ,对护士工作从德、能、勤、绩四个方面 ,12个大项目进行考评 ,充分调动护士的积极性 。
In order to meet the need of integral nursing and to strengthen nursing staff construction, credit system's management was practised in nursing work. Examination include virtue, talent, duty and achievement. By the test of 12 items, it fully shifts the nurse' initiative and enhances their quality. Developing credit system's management is an important measure and worth spread and apply.
