摘要
对过氧化尿素用于麦草Soda-AQ浆漂白的影响因素和反应动力学进行了研究,并与H2O2漂白进行了比较。结果表明,过氧化尿素可以作为H2O2的替代品用于纸浆漂白,其漂白效果略优于H2O2。麦草浆过氧化尿素漂白在适宜的工艺条件下白度增值可达20%ISO。
The possibility of using urea peroxide for bleaching wheat straw soda-AQ pulp was investigated.The effect of some process parameters such as bleaching time ,temperature,urea peroxide charge,sodium hydroxide charge,and the influence of stabilizing and chelating agents on the bleaching results were approached.A comparative study was made on the pulp bleaching efficiencies of urea peroxide and hydrogen peroxide.The kinetics of urea peroxide bleaching was analyzed,the activation energy of urea peroxide bleaching was determined.The experimental data indicated that urea peroxide could replace hydrogen peroxide for pulp bleaching,the bleaching results of urea peroxide were slightly better than those of hydrogen peroxide.The urea peroxide bleaching did not need alkali addition,the sodium hydroxide generated by sodium silicate dissociation could meet the need of bleaching alkalinity.The urea peroxide bleaching process allowed wheat straw pulp to reach a brightness gain as high as20%ISO with the suitable bleaching conditions of urea peroxide5.5%,temperature85℃,and a bleaching time of90minutes.
