本文介绍了延迟化策略的内涵及其重要性 ,着重分析了影响延迟化策略的相关因素及其内在关系 ,并提出了延迟化策略定位的基本思路。最后文章具体阐述了在第三方物流企业运作延迟化业务的必要性、基本方法及发展趋势。
This paper introduces connotation and significance of postponement, mainly analyzes related factors of postponement and their inherent relation, and comes up with basic thinking of postponement positioning. Finally, this essay specifically elaborates necessity, basic method and trend of operating postponed business by third party logisticsc.
