摘要 为系统研究焊接参数的变化对焊缝成形和熔深的影响规律 ,探索脉冲激光焊接最佳工艺参数 ,采用脉冲激光工艺对SiCP/ 6 0 6 1Al复合材料进行焊接试验研究 .结果表明 ,脉冲激光焊接过程中 ,激光功率、脉冲频率、焊接速度、离焦量等参数的变化 ,均能对焊缝成形和熔深产生显著影响 ,进而影响焊缝的微观组织和宏观的拉伸强度 .其中激光功率和焊接速度是最主要的影响因素 . The effect of welding parameters on the formation and penetration of welds were studied systematically while pulsed laser technique was used to join SiCp/6061Al composites. The results of study indicate that there are many factors having effect on the formation and penetration of welds during pulsed laser welding. The variations of such parameters as laser beam power, pulse frequency, welding speed and clearance between focal point and plate surface may have significant influence on the formation and penetration of welds, and thereby having influence on the microstructures of welds and macro tensile strength. Of all the parameters, the laser beam power and the welding speed are the most primary factors. The optimum welding parameters for specimen of 2 mm thick are: laser power of 270-280 W, welding speed of 100-280 mm/min, laser frequency of 10-30 Hz, clearance between focal point and plate surface of 0.5 mm.
