摘要
为探讨不同水稻品种在不同栽培条件下根系特征的差异 ,加速高蛋白水稻品种的选育与合理栽培 ,于 1999至 2 0 0 0年进行了田间小区试验 .结果表明 :高蛋白水稻品种 (组合 )湘早籼 2 4号和威优 5 6根系的干重、α 萘胺氧化力、7种金属养分离子的吸收量在水稻 5个生育时期均明显高于对照湘早籼 13号、中优早 81号和金优 974 .三壮三高栽培法可明显促进水稻根系的生长 ,提高水稻根系的α
In order to determine the differences of root characteristics of different rice cultivars under different cultivations, the field pot experiments were carried out for two years in Hunan. The results show that dry weight, and α NA oxidation ability, and uptake contents of seven metal elements of roots of high protein convention rice Xiangzaoxian24 and high protein hybrid Weiyou56 are obviously higher than those of low protein convention rices Xiangzaoxian13 and Zhongyou81, and low protein hybrid Jinyou974. The rice root growth under Sanzhuangsangao cultivation is faster than those under conventional cultivation,α NA oxidation ability, and uptake contents of seven metal elements of rice roots under Sanzhuangsangao cultivation are higher than those under conventional cultivation.
