摘要
自1989年6月以来,采用指背静脉筋膜蒂岛状皮瓣为24例指端皮肤及软组织缺损的病人修复了30个创面,均获成功。作者认为与传统方法相比,该皮瓣用患指背侧皮肤修复指端缺损,可以修复较大创面,且不影响患指血供、感觉及伸屈功能,具有较高的应用价值。
Since June 1989, 30 defects of fingertip on 24 cases were repaired by a dorsal digital island flap with a venofaseial pedicle, which result is very satisfactory. It is considered that the flap makes use of dorsal skin of affected finger to repair the defect of the fingertip, may repair a larger wound but dosen't effect the blood supple, sense and stretch and bend of the affected finger, and it is a very useful flap for reconstruction of fingertip. The operative method and clinical main points are present.
