摘要
目的 分析影响家庭主妇掌握碘缺乏病防治知识的因素。方法 采用随机抽样的方法抽取 2 0～ 6 0岁家庭主妇 810名进行问卷调查。结果 不同年龄组别家庭主妇的碘缺乏病防治知识分数差异无显著性意义 ;城乡之间、不同文化程度、不同职业的家庭主妇碘缺乏病防治知识分数差异有显著意义 ;城乡、文化程度、职业是影响家庭主妇的碘缺乏病健康教育分数的 3个主要因素。结论 对家庭主妇进行碘缺乏病健康教育时应以低文化程度和从事服务业的家庭主妇为重点 。
Objective To analysis on influencing factors of health education toward iodine deficiency disorders(IDD) among housewives.Methods Household survey was conducted among 810 20~60 aged housewives selected by using random sampling method.Results The health education marks of different age groups were no significantly different,There were statistic differences between the health education marks of the cities and villages,different educational background and different occupation.The main influencing factors of the housewives' health education marks were educational background,occupation and City or village.Conclusions The emphases of health education toward IDD among housewives were low educational background and waiters,the townspeople's health educational toward IDD should be enhanced.
