摘要
选择形状记忆合金 (shapememoryalloy ,SMA)制作的弹簧元件作为转子系统的弹性支承 ,研究对转子振动的主动控制。利用SMA近似的应力—应变—温度的多项式模型 ,推导出SMA弹簧的非线性恢复力模型。运用简化的热力学模型 ,建立SMA弹簧的温度控制系统 ,以电流加热的方法改变SMA的温度。在数值仿真中 ,设计了给定温度曲线 ,计算出电流功率 ,并验证了改进后系统的振动抑制效果。仿真结果表明该方法能将转子最大振幅减少 3 0
The choose spring element made of shape memory alloy (SMA) as elastic bearing of rotor system,studied the active vibration control of rotor. Based on the approximate stress strain temperature polynomial model of SMA, nonlinear restoring force model of SMA spring was deduced. By using simplified thermodynamic model, a temperature control system of SMA spring was established, and the method of electric heating was adopted to change the temperature of SMA.In numerical simulation, the curve of given temperature was designed, the electric power was calculated, and the effect of restraining vibration of the improved system was validated. Simulation result shows that this method can reduce more than 30% of the maximum vibration amplitude of the rotor.
