摘要
针对目前剪切下料过程中所存在的一些问题和不足之处,结合韧性损伤和断裂理论对高速剪切的机理作了深入分析,并主要就速度及受力状态对剪断面质量的影响规律进行了探讨,论证了高速剪切可大大改善棒料的剪切断面质量。
pointing out some problems and disad vantages existed in the process of sh earing and baiting,the mechanism of bar high speed precision shearing is deeply a nalyzed combining with the theory of malleability damage and break.The i nfluence rule of speed and stress to the quality of shearing surface is discussed mainly.It is demonstrated that high speed shearing can improve the shearing surface quality of bar greatly.〔
