摘要
提出了基于特征的注塑模具自动装配的实现方法。介绍了特征技术 ,模具零件和装配体基于特征建模方法的关键技术 ,给出了三维空间中装配元件的坐标变换技术 ,并结合基于SolidWorks的API达到自动装配的目的。
A method of feature based plastic injection mould automatic assembly was presented. The feature technique and the key technique about the method of feature based modeling of component and assembly were introduced, coordinate transforming technique was given, and the automatic assembly combining with the API that is based on SolidWorks package is performed. At last the automatic assembly of the injection mould of a barrel product as a case is done.
