摘要
研究了SO2 对NO在NiO γ Al2 O3 催化剂上氧化活性的影响 ,考察了不同反应温度和不同SO2 浓度下的NO氧化脱除率和NO2 生成浓度随时间的变化 ,并用XRD、IR、BET等方法测定了反应前后催化剂的物相结构 .结果表明 ,在 15 0℃时SO2 的存在对一段反应时间内NO在催化剂表面上的氧化具有很大的促进作用 ,SO2 在NiO γ Al2 O3 上的适量吸附有效地提高了NO催化氧化的活性 ,但随着SO2 吸附量的增加 ,催化剂的活性会逐渐衰退 .
The catalytic oxidation of NO over NiO/γ Al 2O 3 in the presence of SO 2 was studied. The effect of reaction temperature and SO 2 concentration on the catalytic oxidation of NO were investigated. The structure of catalyst before and after reaction was analyzed and discussed by using of various material characterization techniques such as IR, XRD, BET, solid acid detection and so on. It was found that the activity of NiO/γ Al 2O 3 for the oxidation of NO to NO 2 was enhanced temporarily by the adsorption of SO 2 at temperature of 150℃. But the activity of NiO/γ Al 2O 3 decreased when the adsorption of SO 2 on the surface of NiO/ γ Al 2O 3 increased. At temperature of 250℃, the catalyst lost its activity quickly after SO 2 of 2500?ppm was added into the reactor.
