摘要
应用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、电子探针、X 光衍射分析、原子吸收分光光度计等,对 BGO 大单晶生长中最常出现并严重影响晶体光学质量的宏观缺陷进行了研究。观察表明,晶体生长过程中,随生长条件的变化,这些宏观缺陷的形貌特征是不同的。本文对这些宏观缺陷的形成机理和克服方法进行了探讨,并在实践中得到良好效果。
Different types of macro-defects usually appear in the large size BGO crystalsgrown.It can seriouslly affect the optical property of the crystal.In this paper,optical microscopy,SEM,electron microprobe analysis,X-ray diffraction etc wereused to study the appearance and mechanism of formation of these different types ofmacro-defects.The methods for elimination of these defects were also discussed.
