摘要
[目的 ]探讨铁路工频电磁场对作业工人健康的影响。 [方法 ]对某铁路分局电气化铁路主要工种作业环境进行工频电磁场强度的测定。同时进行问卷调查、体检、血液学分析、免疫球蛋白水平测定和外周血淋巴细胞DNA损伤分析。 [结果 ]主要工种周围环境均存在不同强度的工频电场和磁场 ,观察组血液红细胞、血小板数增高 ,白细胞、淋巴细胞及IgA、IgG水平明显低于对照组。外周血淋巴细胞DNA损伤率则明显高于对照组 ,且呈一定强度 效应关系。 [结论 ]工频电磁场可影响人体的血液、免疫系统功能 。
To explore the effects of electromagnetic fields of extremely low frequency on the health in the electric railway workers. To measure the intensity of electromagnetic fields of extremely low frequency at the main sorts of working environment of one substation by the ways of questionnaire,medical examination,blood analysis,the examination of immunoglobulin in peripheral blood and the analysis on DNA damage in the blood lymphocytes. Electromagnetic fields of extremely low frequency and magnetic fields were detected. The total number of red blood cells,blood platelets were higher and the white blood cells,lymphocytes,the level of IgA,IgG were lower in the exposure group than these in the control group. The rate of DNA damage in the lymphocytes was higher in the exposure group than that in the control group and in a dose dependent manner. [Conclusion] Electromagnetic fields of extremely low frequency might have some effect on blood,immune system,the DNA damage in lymphocytes and may start the apoptosis system of the cells.
