摘要
运用酶联免疫法测定了广州市场6种活鸡鸡肉中氯霉素含量。结果表明:6种活鸡鸡肉中氯霉素含量为45.49±41.3~2210.92±1336.39ng/kg,符合残留低限,氯霉素在50~4550ng/kg范围内线性关系很好,r2=0.9849,平均回收率为77.51%,本方法的检测低限为50ng/kg。
Remained Chloramphenicol in6kinds of chicken meat from Guangzhou marker were investigated by ELISA.The results were as follow:The concentration of remainde Chloramphenicol in6kinds of chicken meat was45.49±41.3~ 2210.92±1336.39ng /kg,belowed the limited standard.The calibra tion curve was linear in the range of50~4050ng /kg,r 2 =0.9849.Average recovery rate of Chloramphenicol was77.51%.
