摘要
目前,油水分离装置中有50%左右采用聚并方法,聚并材料的品种多样,但是传统的聚并材料的表面性质单一,对不同性质的胶体状态的油滴的“吸附性”和“脱附性”难以同时达到满意的效果。在大量实验的基础上,筛选了硫和氧化铝、磁铁矿粉等极性不同的物质制成非均质表面聚并材料(在砂砾表面包覆硫、再在硫的表面镶嵌氧化铝、磁铁矿等不同极性的物质)制备方法简单、聚并效果好。并可适用于不同水质,出水中油滴的粒径可小于10μm,含油量小于10mg/L。
At present,coalescers is used in about 50%of apparatus used to remove oil from oily wa-ter.There are many types of coalescers,but the surfaces of coalescers are homogeneous.It is difficult to achieve the same high efficiency in removing oil from different waste water.Based on a large number of tests,sulphur and alumina and etc.are selected to prepare coalescers with inhomogeneous surfaces(cover grit or cotton thread with sulphur,and inlay the activated carbon,silicon gel,alumina etc.on the surface of sulphur )and satisfactory results have been obtained with these coalescers.
