姜黄素光度法测定硼量国际标准的共同试验 被引量:21

摘要 用国际标准草案[1 ] (DIS)与现行国家标准 (GB)方法相对照 ,对硼的测定条件进行试验、验证。采用盐酸 -硝酸溶解试样 ,在 2 90℃以硫酸 -磷酸分解硼化物 ,在乙酸缓冲溶液中 ,硼与姜黄素生成有色络合物 ,ε543=1 2× 10 5,用本方法测定的硼量与全硼标准值基本相等 ,方法的准确度及重复性较好 ,对DIS与GB的差别进行了探讨 ,提出了改进意见。 The draft of international standard(DIS) for direct spectrophotometric determination of boron in steel with curcumin was compared with that of current Chinese national standard(GB) The conditions for determining boron were tested and verified The samples are dissolved by HCl and HNO 3 The borides are decomposed with H 2SO 4 and H 3PO 4 at 290℃ In HAc buffer solution,boron with curcumin forms a colored complex ε 543 =1 2×10 5 The content of boron determined by proposed method is consistent with the certified value for total boron The methed has higher accuracy and good repeatability The differences between DIS and GB were discussed and an improvement opinion was suggested
