烧伤后肉芽组织和病理性瘢痕组织中细胞凋亡相关基因的表达意义 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究烧伤后肉芽组织和病理性瘢痕组织中的细胞凋亡相关基因的表达意义。方法对烧伤后肉芽组织和病理性瘢痕组织进行bcl-2与bax表达的免疫组化检测。结果结果表明bcl-2在肉芽组织和瘢痕组织中成纤维细胞内呈强阳性表达,其阳性率均为90%;bax在肉芽组织中呈现部分阳性表达,其阳性率为50%,瘢痕组织中则以阴性表达为主。结论bcl-2在烧伤后的病理过程中发挥着较为重要的主导作用,是肉芽组织和病理性瘢痕形成的主要刺激基因,在这个调控网络中,bax的作用受到抑制。 Objective To explore the expressive purports o f the relation apoptosis genes in gra nulation tissue,pathologic scar by detection the expression of bcl-2and bax gene.Method Immunohistochemistry technique wa s performed in granulation tissue an d pathologic scar to detect the expression of bcl-2and bax genes.Result bcl-2gene strong expression was in t he fibroblasts both in granulation t issue group and pathologic scar group.The positive rate of bcl-2was 90%in the two groups.Bax gene has portion expression;th e positive rate was 50%,while it was negative in pathologic scar.Conclusion bcl-2gene may play an important role during the pathologic process after burn.It is the main activate gene in the formation of gra nulation tissue and pathologic scar.Bax gene was restrained in this mesh work.
