摘要
目的 观察比较肠内营养 (EN)和肠外营养 (PN)在创伤外科危重病人中的治疗效果。方法 选择创伤外科危重病人40例 ,分为EN和PN组各20例。在营养支持前1d和营养支持后第5、10天测量病人的上臂肌围、三头肌皮褶厚度和血清白蛋白 (Alb)及血红蛋白 (Hb) ,计算氮平衡和观察病人病情变化。 结果 在上臂肌围和三头肌皮皱厚度、Alb、Hb及氮平衡方面 ,EN组与PN组的差别均无显著性意义 (均P>0.05)。结论 短期营养支持治疗时 ,EN和PN在维持机体营养平衡。
Objective To compare the effect of enternal nutrition(EN) with parenteral nutrition(PN) on critical trauma patients.Methods 40 critical trauma patients in intensive care unit were randomly assigned to two groups,one supported with EN nutrition(20 cases),another with PN(20 cases).One day before and 5,10 days after nutritional support was given,the muscular perimeter of the upperarm,thickness of derma-wrinkles of musculus triceps brachii,serum albumin and hemoglobin levels were measured,nitrogen equilibrium was calculated everyday and the complications were recorded.Results No difference was observed between the two groups in the muscular perimeter of the upperarm and the thickness of derma-wrinkles of musculus triceps brachii,serum albumin,hemoglobin and nitrogen equilibrium.Conclusion During a short period of nutrition support,EN and PN have a similar effect in maintaining the balance of nutritiona and preventing nutritional exhaustion.
