摘要
目的探讨血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)对腹膜透析患者促红细胞生成素(EPO)浓度的影响及可能的机制。方法分别将接受EPO治疗的26例腹透患者与不接受EPO治疗的10例腹透患者进行随机分组,实验组给予ACEI降压治疗,对照组则给予钙通道阻滞剂或加用α-受体阻滞剂治疗,给药前及给药6个月后分别测定EPO浓度及Hb水平。结果实验组治疗后EPO浓度及Hb水平明显下降(P<0.05),较对照组亦明显下降(P<0.05)。结论ACEI可导致腹膜透析患者EPO浓度及Hb水平下降。
Objective To assesstheeffectof angiotensin-convertingenzymeinhibitors(ACEI)on theserumlevelof erythro-poietin(EPO)in patientsreceivingperitonealdialysisandexplorethepossiblemechanism.Methods Thirty-sixpatients receivingperitonealdialysiswereenrolledinthisstudy,amongwhom26receivedEPOtreatmentandtheother10didnot.The2groupswererandomlysubdividedintoexperimentalgroupandcontrolgroupwithequalcasesin each,theformerwithACEI prescriptionto controlbloodpressure whilethelatterwithcalciumchannelblockerorα-receptorblocker.Serumlevelsof EPO andhemoglobin(Hb)inallthepatientsweredeterminedbeforeand6monthsaftertheirrespectivetherapies.Results The serumlevesl of EPOandHbdecreasedsignificantlyaftertherapyin theexperimentalgroup(P<0.05),obviouslylowerthan thosein thecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion ACEImaydecreasetheserumEPOandHblevelsin patientsreceiving peritonealdialysis.
