摘要
本文研究了一种表面处理新工艺,它可在铸件受摩擦的特定部位形成耐磨层。其组织为珠光体基体、A 型石墨、10%~15%分散的硬质相,层深大于5mm。经处理后铸铁耐磨性可提高1.68倍。
This paper studies a new technique for surface treatment processing,which can form a wear resistant layer at the specific portion of casting bearing friction.Its structure components are pearlite matrix,A-type graphite and 10%—15% separate hard particles,the layer depth is mote than 5 mm.After treatment its wearability is 2.68 times as large as HT200.
