脊柱手术后并发脑脊液漏的治疗 被引量：3

Treatment of cerebrospinal fluid leakage after operation on the spine

摘要 目的 :探讨脊柱手术后并发脑脊液漏的治疗。方法 :对 2 6例脊柱手术后并发脑脊液漏患者行合理的保守治疗或手术修补。结果 :2 6例患者均治愈 ,其中 2 3例经保守治疗 ,3例行切口重新缝合。脑脊液漏停止时间平均为 6d,1例出现硬膜外血肿。结论 :脊柱手术后出现的脑脊液漏 ,大多数经保守治疗可治愈 。
