摘要
作者模拟水泥熟料煅烧升温过程,利用高温X射线衍射及常规X射线衍射等分析手段,研究了含高硫复合矿化剂硅酸盐水泥熟料的煅烧过程。分析结果表明:CaF_2及高含量CaSO_4对硅酸盐水泥熟料煅烧起明显矿化剂作用,使熟料在煅烧过程中出现三种中间过渡相,并促使物料在1100℃出现适量液相和析出阿利特晶相。本文还分析了熟料煅烧中C_(11)A_7·CaF_2和C_4A_3S晶相形成规律。
The sintering process of Portlant cement clinker with high sulphate combined mineralizer has been studied, by simulating the increasing rate of temperature during the sin- tering process of cement clinker and using DTA. high lemperature XRD and XRD analyses. The results indicate that, CaF_2 and CaSO_4 have obvious mineralization during sintering process of Portlant cement clinker. Three middle transition phases appeared during sintering process of clinker. At 1100℃, the clinker appeared certain liquid phase and alite crystal. The rule of for- mation of C_(11)A_7·CaF_2 and C_4A_3S crystal phase during the sintering process of clinker has been analysed in the paper.
