摘要
分析钴基合金外扩散型铝化物涂层的高温氧化及退化规律 ,推演表征这类涂层氧化退化的有关数学关系。铝化物涂层退化分外侧氧化退化和内侧Al向基体扩散的内扩散退化两部分 ,外侧主要为氧化驱动力退化 ,内侧主要为化学位驱动力退化。
The high temperature oxidation and degradation law is analyzed for the outward diffusion type aluminide coating on Co base superalloys, and the relative mathematical relations about the oxidation and degradation are acquired for those coatings. There are two parts of aluminide coating degradation, the oxidation degradation of outer side and the Al diffusion degradation of inner side. The driving force mainly comes from the oxidation reaction for the outer side degradation, and the chemical potential for the inner side degradation. The approximate equation for coating life calculating of Co base superalloys is given.
