摘要
研制出一种BaTiO3系高耐压过电流保护用PTCR热敏电阻器,发现掺入一定量的Ca取代Ba,及过量TiO2的引入方式,工艺因素,金属电极对PTCR热敏电阻器的耐电压影响较大。通过对上述因素的优化组合,成功研制出耐电压≥650 V的高耐压过流保护用PTCR热敏电阻器。
Introduced is the development of a BaTiO3-based high withstanding voltage PTC thermistor used for over-current protection. It is found that the withstanding voltage is highly influenced by doping of a certain amount of Ca to replace Ba, introducing of excessive TiO2, metal electrodes and other process factors. The optimized formula and process have been determined. The products meet the related requirements.
