冠醚在毛细管电泳分离对映体中的应用

摘要 旋光异构体也称对映体,是化学性质和物理性质非常相近的化合物,但它们的生理和药理活性有显著差异。旋光异构体的分离一直是分析界的热点问题。毛细管电泳(CE)以其特有的高效、快速和多种分离模式在手性分离中得到广泛应用。毛细管区带电泳(CZE)是CE中最简单的分离模式,通常只需要在缓冲液中加入手性选择剂来构建手性环境,就能完成分离。冠醚就是一种常用的手性选择剂。本文介绍了冠醚分离对映体的拆分机理、应用情况及影响分离的因素,并对其发展作了展望。 Enantiomers are compounds having similar chemical and physical properties but very different physiological and pharmacologicalfunctions . The separation of enantiomers is a focus of attention in analytical circle. The capillary electrophoresis (CE) has gainedwide applications in the separation of chiral compounds owing to its high efficiency, rapidity and multiple separation modes. The capil-lary zone electrophoresis is the simplest mode of CE and can separates enantiomers by only adding chiral selectors in buffer solution.This paper described the mechanism and applications of crown ethers as chiral selectors and the influencing factors of separation. Thefuture prospect of the application of crown ethers is discussed briefly.
