摘要
当前,农民增收面临更为严峻的挑战:增加产量不一定就能增加收入,不能再大幅度提高农产品价格,农民进城务工面临更大的竞争,加入WTO近期将影响农民增收。调整农业和农村经济结构、发展农业产业化经营、调整农民就业结构、提高农民就业率、减轻农民负担、发展农产品加工业是新时期增加农民收入的重要途径。
Nowadays,the increase of farmers' income meets severer challenges:the increase of output does not necessarily mean the increase of income;we can no longer raise the price of agricultural products in a large degree;the farmers are confronted with severer competition in finding jobs in cities;China's entry into WTO will also have a negative influence on the increase of farmers' income recently.In the new era,primary ways to increase farmers' income include readjusting agricultural and rural economic stricture,expanding agricultural industrialization,readjusting employment structure of farmers,raising the employment rate of farmers,reducing farmers' burden,developing agricultural products processing industry.
