摘要
以白云鄂博铁矿为原料 ,添加不同种类的其它物质 ,加工处理制备成吸波材料 ,在 7.6~ 1 1 .6 GHz对其吸波特性进行研究 .实验结果表明 ,在铁矿中分别加入质量分数为 2 %的钡铁氧体、硼铁、二氧化钛及稀土 ,经过 4 5 0℃热处理后 ,这种吸波材料具有明显的吸波效果 ,其最大吸收量达 2 0 d B,1 0 d B带宽 3.8GHz.因此 ,铁矿用于制备吸波材料具有一定的研究意义 .
In this experiment, the absorption materials were made of the Iron ore in BaiYunEBo, after adding various matters. The properties of the absorption materials were studied in the frequency of 7.6~11.6GHz.The experiment results show, the significant absorptive properties were found in the materials after adding 2wt% BaFe 12 O 19 , Fe 3B, TiO 2, and rare earth, respectively, at 450 ℃ heat treatment. The maximum absorption quantity reaches 20dB with 10dB bandwidth of 3.8GHz. So it is valuable to make a study of absorption materials by using the Iron ore.
