摘要
针对300MW火电机组的给水高压加热器系统,通过详细的故障仿真试验,较完整地总结出工程中实用的高压加热器系统典型故障模糊知识库。在此基础上,采用模糊模式识别方法诊断高压加热器系统故障,提出一种可适用于不同征兆模糊表达方式的故障模糊隶属函数。诊断实例表明:以本文高压加热器系统故障模糊知识库为基础,采用模糊模式识别方法可获得良好的故障识别效果。
A high-pressure feed-water heater system of a300MW thermal power unit is taken as the object investigated in this pa-per.The typical fault fuzzy knowledge library of high-pressure heater system practically used in project is summarized completely through the detailed fault simulation tests.On this basis the heater system fault diagnosis is realized with fuzzy pattern recognition method and a new fault fuzzy membership function is given,which is suitable for the fuzzy expression of different evidence.Fault di-agnosis examples show that good diagnostic results can be acquired with fuzzy pattern recognition method on the basis of the fault fuzzy knowledge library of the high-pressure heater system established in the paper.
