摘要
为了解我国运动员膳食营养水平并为指导运动员合理、平衡膳食提供依据 ,我们对国家集训队和省级运动队 18个运动项目共 182名运动员的膳食进行了调查和分析。结果表明 :运动员膳食存在 6个方面的问题 :碳水化合物摄入不足 ,脂肪和蛋白质摄入过多 ,部分维生素摄入不足 ,三餐热能分配不合理 ,存在钙、铁、锌摄入不足及运动中脱水 ,补液不科学。同时分析了运动员膳食不科学的原因 。
The main purpose of the present study was to understand the nutritional level of Chinese athletes' diet and provide an intervention recommendation. The diet of 182 Chinese athletes from 18 events was investigated and analyzed. The results showed that the imbalance of athletes' diet mainly involved in 6 aspects such as the insufficiency of carbohydrate intake, the over-ingestion of fat and protein, the deficient supplement of certain vitamins, the improper distribution of calories intake of the meals, the insufficiency of calcium,iron and zinc intake and the neglect of hydration and mineral supplement during exercise. In this article the reason of diet imbalance was analyzed and the intervention recommendation for balanced diet was provided at the same time.
